Northern Ireland House Price Index historic reports
A full time series of the NI House Price Index from Quarter 1 2005 to the current quarter is provided in the NI House Price Index detailed statistical report.
Background
Prices published in the most recent Northern Ireland House Price Index report are provisional and subject to revision in subsequent quarters. As a result, users should use the full time series from the most recent statistics report, rather than appending new data to back series from previous reports.
It is recognised that some users will be interested in previously published statistics. All index values and price statistics previously published are available in the revisions tables, which allows users to see if and how the initial estimate of a statistic has changed in subsequent reports.
