This framework has been put in place by Construction & Procurement Delivery (CPD) for NI public sector organisations to access property maintenance services.
This framework is split into lots, some of which are related to geographical areas within Northern Ireland split by post codes.

The scope of services included in the Framework is the provision of building, mechanical, electrical, design and other related specialist services associated with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and associated Remedial Work, reactive maintenance (ie building, mechanical and electrical repairs not normally exceeding £1,500.00 in value), and Micro Works (ie building, mechanical and electrical projects not normally exceeding £30,000.00 in value).
The works under this Framework are managed by CPD Property Services Division and the scope of the service to each client, and associated management arrangements will be agreed in detailed discussions with the Service Manager.
