If you require assistance to exit the upper floors of the building in an emergency situation, please advise the meeting/event organisers at the earliest opportunity of your needs. Please also remind security staff at reception of your needs upon arrival.

Parking at Clare House
Car parking at Clare House is provided on a 'first come first served' basis. Please park your car in agreed areas only, with consideration for others. The reserved parking is for visitors and those with disabilities.
Drivers holding a Blue Badge, who should enter the Clare House car park and take an immediate right, to use one of the accessible spaces close to the front entrance.
Travelling to Clare House
Clare House is located in the Harbour Estate, close to Holywood Exchange.
When visiting Clare House consideration of methods of transport other than by car may be required.
Using the train involves disembarking at Holywood Station and walking along the coastal footpath to reach Clare House. Alternatively the 94 Metro (City Centre - Holywood Exchange) bus service from the city centre passes Clare House approximately once every 30 minutes. Travellers using the 94 Metro route could commence their journey at Wellington Place or alternatively park at the Odyssey public car park and commence their journey from this stop on the 94 Metro route.

Accessibility at Clare House
There is good signage for Clare House, to identify the building while travelling along Airport Road West.
A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available to the front of Clare House.
Clare House has a step-free entrance leading to the reception area, with automatic entrance doors. From the reception area there are lifts to the first and second floors; both floors are step-free with automated door opening from the interior, external access will be provided through your host.
Visitors will find accessible toilets within and close to the lift lobbies on each floor. Further facilities are located at the far end of the east and west wings on each floor.
